Are You Cool Enough For This New Cruise Ship?
Norwegian Cruise Line is going for the title of coldest not hottest attraction on the high seas. Their latest attraction is a “Snow Room” which will contain a sprawling relaxation zone offering 17 heated loungers, a hydro-therapy pool, whirlpools, steam room, dry sauna, sanarium and salt room. If this is not thinking outside the box what is.
It’ll be the coolest attraction at sea. Literally. The super chill spa space will feature snow flurries during the day.
Norwegian Cruise Line today announced plans for a massive Mandara spa on its next ship that will include a super-chilled, snowy retreat called the Snow Room.
Kept at a frosty 21 to 32 degrees Fahrenheit, the latest gee-whiz feature on a cruise vessel will boast a flurry of powdery snow throughout the day. It’s being touted as beneficial to blood circulation and the immune system.
The Arctic-themed spa space is just the latest can-you-top-this attraction announced for the 4,200-passenger Norwegian Escape, scheduled to debut in October. Norwegian’s biggest vessel to date also will have the largest water park at sea and the biggest-ever deck-top ropes course.
